INNOMET II startade den 1 oktober 2005. Nedan följer en kort introduktion
till projektet. En svensk version kommer inom kort:
The INNOMET II project is based on the results of the INNOMET LdV project carried
out from 2003-2004 and the current follow-up project is directly continuing the further
development of activities and objectives set out in 2002.
In 2003-2004 INNOMET database test-version (database model) was developed. The INNOMET
II follow-up project is extremely important and needed in order to realise and
fully implement the system:
- To realise the test-version of the INNOMET system by 2007 as a dynamic and integrated
system prototype among the network partners in selected regions (currently a developed
test-version). Currently by 2004 the system has been tested and proofed on 15 companies
(only selected professions and qualifications), the objective is to insert full-scale
data of human resources of selected 25-30 network companies - mapping of professions,
skills and qualifications for evaluation and comparison both in national, regional
and European terms and for development of educational and re-training programmes based
on industry.
- Develop the methodology of how to evaluate and compare skills and qualifications
of human resources in companies. The current INNOMET system is deriving from different
quality management systems and qualification standards, however, a supporting methodology
has to be developed to assist companies and schools in evaluation and comparison of
the qualification levels and re-training needs in the INNOMET system.
- Develop a trans-European definitions of terms and key-words of the INNOMET, including
the glossary is necessary to use the INNOMET system literally without the European
borders with common terms and understandings of competence management in the sector
(including companies and schools) for the comparability of qualifications and skills.
INNOMET 2003-2004 project produced as a result the INNOMET database test-version,
the value-added of this current INNOMET II follow-up project is to realise and fully
carry out the INNOMET system functions and usability in partner areas among the network
partners. The size on network partners depends on partner to partner. In the frame
of this LdV INNOMET project total number of 25-30 companies and network schools will
be evaluated in full-scale. In addition, in Estonia another project has been submitted
to the European Social Fund (Measure 1.1) which objective is to implement the INNOMET
system throughout the Estonia involving 10 major schools and 100 companies (full-scale
data and comparability). However in different countries the scope of the project is
different involving only the core network partners of the organisation.
The current LdV INNOMET II project aims to develop international and trans-European
methodologies by realising the internet based INNOMET human resources development
system as a prototype. However, each partner is responsible to fully implement the
system in their regions involving other local and regional funds.

ett seminarium p?bsp;Institutionen f?ndustriell Produktion p?TH. P?
